Accumulative Sick Leave Record. 7.5.1.1 Every board of education shall establish an accumulative sick leave (ASL) record for each teacher in its employ. 7.5.1.2 Every board of education shall provide each teacher in its employ with a copy of the teacher’s ASL record on each of the following occasions: (a) at the end of each school year; (b) upon termination of employment with that board; (c) upon the request of the teacher.
