Accuracy of Information Regarding Property. The Property is not a housing cooperative or manufactured housing. All material information with respect to the Property included in the Property File and the Properties Schedule is true, complete and accurate in all material respects. If the Property is located in Nevada, (a) the HOA (if any) affecting such Property is accurately identified on Schedule XIV and (b) the notice address of each such HOA (if any) included in Schedule XIV hereof (as may be updated by Borrower from time to time by written notice to Lender) is true, complete, and accurate in all respects.
Accuracy of Information Regarding Property. All information with respect to the Property included in the Properties Schedule is true, complete and accurate in all material respects.

To Borrower’s knowledge, Schedule VII contains a true, correct and complete notice address of the HOAs pertaining to the Applicable HOA Properties, if any.
Accuracy of Information Regarding Property. All information with respect to the Property included in the Properties Schedule is true, complete and accurate in all material respects. None of the Properties consist of housing cooperatives, manufactured housing, condominiums, duplexes or townhomes. If the Property is located in Colorado or Nevada, (a) the HOA (if any) affecting such Property is accurately identified on Schedule VIII and (b) the notice address of each such HOA (if any) included in Schedule VIII hereof (as may be updated by Borrower from time to time by written notice to Lender) is true, complete, and accurate in all respects. Schedule IX (as the same may be updated by Borrower from time to time by delivery to Lender) is a true, complete and accurate list of all of the Applicable HOA Properties, if any, and the HOAs affecting such Applicable HOA Properties. To Borrower’s knowledge, Schedule IX contains a true, correct and complete notice address of the HOAs pertaining to the Applicable HOA Properties, if any.
Accuracy of Information Regarding Property. All information with respect to the Property included in the Schedules to this Agreement is true, complete and accurate in all material respects. None of the Properties consist of housing cooperatives or manufactured housing. Schedule E-14 is a true, complete and accurate list of all of the Applicable HOA Properties, if any, and the HOAs affecting such Applicable HOA Properties. To Seller’s knowledge, Schedule E-14 contains a true, correct and complete notice address of the HOAs pertaining to the Applicable HOA Properties, if any.
Accuracy of Information Regarding Property. All information with respect to such Property included in the Properties Schedule is true and accurate in all material respects. Such Property is not part of a housing cooperative, nor is such Property manufactured housing or a duplex.
Accuracy of Information Regarding Property. The Property is not a condominium. All material information with respect to the Property included in the Property File and the Properties Schedule is true, complete and accurate in all material respects. With respect to the Properties located in Nevada, (i) Schedule XIV hereof is a true, complete and accurate list of all of the homeowner’s or condominium owner’s associations (if any) affecting such Properties and (ii) the notice address of each association included in Schedule XIV hereof (as may be updated by Borrower from time to time by written notice to Lender) are true, complete, and accurate in all respects.
Accuracy of Information Regarding Property. To Borrower’s Knowledge, all information with respect to the Property included in the Property File and the Properties Schedule is true, complete and accurate in all material respects (except to the extent of any projections, forward-looking statements, budgets, estimates and general market data as to which Borrower only represents and warrants that such information was prepared in good faith based on assumptions believed by it to be reasonable at the time and has no reason to believe that such projections, forward-looking statements, budgets, estimates and general market data were materially inaccurate when made).
Accuracy of Information Regarding Property. To the actual knowledge of the applicable Borrower, all information with respect to the Property (including the Property File and the related Properties Schedule) and all other information relating to the Property furnished in writing by or on behalf of each Loan Party to Administrative Agent or any Lender in connection with this Agreement and the other Loan Documents and the transactions contemplated hereby and thereby is true, complete and accurate in all material respects (or in the case of projections, based on reasonable estimates, on the date as of which such information is stated or certified). There is no material fact known to any Loan Party which has not been disclosed to Administrative Agent which would be reasonably likely to have an Individual Material Adverse Effect with respect to the Property.
Accuracy of Information Regarding Property. All information with respect to the Property included in the Property File and the Properties Schedule is, with respect to the initial Property File and Properties Schedule as of the Cut-Off Date and with respect to each subsequent delivery or update thereof as of the date such information is required to be certified under the Loan Documents (or if no such date is specified, as of the date of such delivery or update), true, complete and accurate in all material respects.
