ACP differential. 1917 Employees enrolled in the Alternative Compensation Program at the time of retirement will be eligible for post-retirement benefits such as the Health plan provided they satisfy the service eligibility requirements. 1918 Section 9 - Leaves of Absence 1919 Employees participating in the ACP are eligible for unpaid leaves of absence as specified in the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
