ACTION BEFORE BOARD OR COMMISSIONER. Whenever any action is brought against an employee before the Board or before the Commissioner of Education of the State of New Jersey which may affect his/her employment or salary status, the Board of Education shall reimburse him/her for the cost of his/her defense if the action is dismissed or results in a final decision in favor of the employee as in accordance with state law.

ACTION BEFORE BOARD OR COMMISSIONER.
