Actions of Employer. All actions by and decisions of Employer contemplated in this Agreement will be made by Employer’s Executive Committee, which may from time to time appoint one of its members under this Agreement to carry out its functions. Nevertheless, Employee understands that Employer’s Compensation Committee must approve all decisions concerning Employee’s salary.
