Common use of Active Miami Employees Clause in Contracts

Active Miami Employees. Miami Employees’ medical and dental benefits will remain unchanged from those in effect immediately prior to the date of ratification of this Agreement through December 31, 2022. Beginning January 1, 2023, active Miami Employees will be subject to the terms of this Article 16.

Active Miami Employees. Beginning January 1, 2023202318, active Miami Employees will be subject to the terms of this Article 16, except that, notwithstanding Section 16.2(b)(2) of this Agreement, a Miami Employee will contribute on a pre-tax basis 8% of the cost of the Traditional Medical Plan for eligible employees, spouses and dependents.

Beginning January 1, 20232018, active Miami Employees will be subject to the terms of this Article 16, except that, notwithstanding Section 16.2(b)(2) of this Agreement, a Miami Employee will contribute on a pre-tax basis 8% of the cost of the Traditional Medical Plan for eligible employees, spouses and dependents.
