Acts of Moral Turpitude. A. Contractor shall immediately notify City if Contractor or any Key Person, is charged with, indicted for, convicted of, pleads nolo contendere to, or forfeits bail or fails to appear in court for a hearing related to, any act which constitutes an offense involving moral turpitude under federal, state, or local laws (an “Act of Moral Turpitude”).
