Adaptability and Accessibility Clause Samples
The Adaptability and Accessibility clause ensures that products, services, or environments are designed to be flexible and usable by individuals with diverse needs and abilities. In practice, this may require providing alternative formats for information, incorporating assistive technologies, or making physical spaces navigable for people with disabilities. The core function of this clause is to promote inclusivity and compliance with accessibility standards, thereby reducing barriers and ensuring equal access for all users.
Adaptability and Accessibility. The Sponsor and the Development shall comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws regarding adaptability and accessibility in the design, construction and rehabilitation of residential projects for persons with disabilities.
