Funding Program definition

Funding Program means the funding program identified as such in the Activity Schedule. GST has the meaning given to this term in the GST Law.

Funding Program means a division of Program Distribution that is allocated to the CDOT Regions and TMAs for planning and budgeting purposes. NOTE: the only funding programs that the TMAs receive direct allocations for are CMAQ, STP-Metro, and TAP.

Examples of Funding Program in a sentence

  • Without limiting other rights under this Agreement, the Agency may reduce the Funding agreed but not yet paid to the Recipient under this Agreement by giving at least 20 Business Days’ notice to the Recipient: (Loss of Funding) if the Agency does not receive sufficient funds from the NSW Parliament or the Commonwealth Government to provide the Funding for the Activity; or (Change of policy) if there is a change in NSW Government policy which affects the Funding Program or the Activity.

  • Applicant Agency has opportunity to receive up to $25,000.00 from the Sub-Recipient under the State Opioid Funding Program and DHCS Agreement.

  • Withholding payment and repayment The Agency may, by notice, withhold payment of any amount of the Funding if and for so long as it reasonably believes that: the Recipient has not complied with this Agreement; the Recipient is unlikely to conduct the Activity or administer the Funding in accordance with this Agreement; or the Recipient’s actions will cause damage to the reputation of the Agency or its Funding Program.
