Funding Program definition

Funding Program means the funding program identified as such in the Activity Schedule. GST has the meaning given to this term in the GST Law.
Funding Program means a division of Program Distribution that is allocated to the CDOT Regions and TMAs for planning and budgeting purposes. NOTE: the only funding programs that the TMAs receive direct allocations for are CMAQ, STP-Metro, and TAP.
Funding Program means any federal, state, or local loan, grant/loan combinations, support program or similar program or arrangement entered into with a Governmental Authority and/or Funding Agency and any Loan Party or Subsidiary of a Loan Party.
