Additional Day Off. a) When a designated holiday falls on an employee's regularly assigned day of rest and he does not work on such a day of rest, he shall be granted an additional day off. Such day off shall be arranged by mutual agreement. b) When a designated holiday occurs during an employee's vacation leave, he shall be granted an additional day off as part of his vacation period, unless it is mutually agreed otherwise.
