Additional Insured and Waiver of Subrogation. GWI shall be -------------------------------------------- named as an additional insured on all product liability policies of Supplier. Supplier also agrees to waive and will require its insurers to waive all rights of subrogation against GWI, its directors, officers and employees on all of the foregoing coverages.
Additional Insured and Waiver of Subrogation. The Company agrees to cause the relevant insurance policies and cover notes being maintained at the expense of the Company for the benefit of both parties to include both parties as named insureds and to cause the interested underwriters to waive all rights of subrogation against the parties hereto.

Additional Insured and Waiver of Subrogation. All policies of insurance required in Sections 1.2(a), (b), and (e) during the construction period, Sections 1.2(c), (d) and (e) at and after Substantial Completion Date and Sections 1.2(f)-(k) of this Exhibit H-1 that are maintained by the Borrower or on behalf of the Borrower shall name the Collateral Agent and the other Secured Parties and each of their successors or assigns as additional insureds (with the exception of workers’ compensation). The Borrower hereby waives any and all rights of subrogation against the Collateral Agent and the other Secured Parties and each of their successors or assigns and all such companies providing insurance to the Borrower required herein shall provide a waiver of subrogation in favor of the Collateral Agent and the other Secured Parties and each of their successors and assigns.
Additional Insured and Waiver of Subrogation. GSK shall be named as an additional insured on all product liability policies of Draxis, but only in respect of GSK’s liabilities arising out of Draxis’ operations or obligations under this Agreement.
Additional Insured and Waiver of Subrogation. GSK shall be named as an additional insured on all product liability policies of Impax. Impax also agrees to waive, and will require its insurers to waive, all rights of subrogation against GSK, its directors, officers and employees on all the foregoing coverages.
Additional Insured and Waiver of Subrogation. Grantee's insurance policy(ies) described above (except (a) Workers Compensation) shall:
(1) cover Granter and its affiliates as additional insureds in connection with the performance of work; and (2) be primary as to all other policies (including any deductibles or self-insured retentions) and self-insurance which may provide coverage. It is further agreed that Grantee and its insurer(s) providing coverage in this Section shall waive all rights of subrogation and/or contribution against Granter and its affiliates. As an alternative to commercial insurance from Grantee, Granter may approve, in its sole discretion, a program of self-insurance or self-insurance retention, meeting the following requirements:
1. The Grantor shall be provided the same defense of suits and payments of claims as would be provided by the first dollar of commercial insurance
2. A formal declaration to be self-insured for the type and amount of coverage indicated in this agreement. This can be in the form of a corporate resolution or a certified statement from an authorized representative of the Grantee. The exact wording of the program of self-insurance shall be approved by the Granter. The Grantor may, in its sole discretion and upon 60 days written notice to Grantee, rescind its approval of the program of Self-Insurance. In such case, the Grantee shall provide the insurance otherwise required by this Section before the expiration of the 60-day notice. Grantee shall be relieved of liability for all payments accruing under this agreement at any time after Xxxxxxx has removed said Facility from Grantor's Easement or conveyed said Facility to Grantor or another party under the provisions hereof; but in no event shall Grantee be relieved of liability for any money or sums then due to Granter, and no monies or sums theretofore paid shall be returned to Grantee.
Additional Insured and Waiver of Subrogation. Owner and others as required by the Contract Documents shall be added as additional insureds to the Trade Contractor’s Pollution Liability policy. Coverage afforded to these additional insureds will be primary to and non-contributory with, any other insurance available to such additional insureds. Trade Contractor’s Contractors Pollution Liability policies shall contain endorsements waiving all rights of subrogation against all additional insureds.
Additional Insured and Waiver of Subrogation. Service Provider and Customer shall each name the other, the Authority, and the local government, if different from Customer that owns the Local Unit Facility as an additional insured on each policy of insurance procured by it in satisfaction of this Article VIII. Further, Service Provider and Customer shall each cause its respective insurance carriers to waive any and all rights of subrogation against the other.
Additional Insured and Waiver of Subrogation. The Vendor shall name the City of Aurora, its elected and appointed officials, employees, agents and representatives as additional insureds by endorsement and provide a waiver of subrogation for the Commercial General Liability, Auto Liability and Excess Liability insurance policies. The certificate of insurance will include these specific requirements along with a copy of the relevant endorsements.
