Standard Forms. The parties may use any of their standard purchase orders and other forms for purposes of convenience only. All purchases of Products by Buyer from Seller shall be subject to these Terms and this Agreement and the Seller’s standard commercial terms and conditions as in effect from time to time. Any provisions in the parties' standard form documents, including Buyer's purchase orders or Seller’s standard commercial terms and conditions which are inconsistent or in conflict with those set forth herein, shall be void and of no force or effect.
Standard Forms. The Agency shall incorporate all standard forms developed and distributed by the Recipient into its policies and procedures. Alternative forms may be used only upon the prior written approval of the Recipient.
Standard Forms. Standard forms and documents will be provided by the Trustees and shall be used in performing services required by this Agreement. Such forms may include, but are not limited to: Facilities Planning forms: 1-3, 2-4, 2-6, 2-6.5, 2-7, 2-7.5, 2-8, 2-8.5, 2-9, 3-1; Construction Management forms for construction phase and change orders; A/E forms: Extra Service Authorization with countersignature block, and CSU professional services invoice templates.
Standard Forms. Notes on standard forms
1. The tenderer shall complete and submit with its tender the form of tender and price schedules pursuant to instructions to tenderers clause 9 and in accordance with the requirements included in the special conditions of contract.
2. When requested by the appendix to the instructions to tenderers, the tenderer should provide the tender security, either in the form included herein or in another form acceptable to the procuring entity pursuant to instructions to tenderers clause 12.3
3. The contract form, the price schedules and the schedule of requirements shall be deemed to form part of the contract and should be modifies accordingly at the time of contract award to incorporate corrections or modifications agreed by the tenderer and the procuring entity in accordance with the instructions to tenderers or general conditions of contract.
4. The performance security and bank guarantee for advance payment forms should not be completed by the tenderers at the time of tender preparation. Only the successful tenderer will be required to provide performance/entity and bank guarantee for advance payment forms in accordance with the forms indicated herein or in another form acceptable to the procuring entity and pursuant to the – conditions of contract.
5. The principal’s or manufacturer’s authorization form should be completed by the principal or the manufacturer, as appropriate in accordance with the tender documents.
Standard Forms. In all communications, GSK and Prometheus may employ their standard forms, but nothing in those forms, including Purchase Orders, shall be construed to modify or amend the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and, in the case of any conflict herewith, the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall control.
Standard Forms. BUYER and SELLER acknowledge and agree that the Note and Mortgage/Deed of Trust, shall be FNMA/FHLMC uniform instruments for 1-4 family residential transactions incorporating the specific terms set out herein. Any alteration or modification of those instruments, except as expressly provided herein, must be with the express written approval of the parties thereto.

In all communications, the Purchaser and the Supplier may employ their standard forms (including terms and conditions in purchase orders and purchase order acknowledgements), but nothing in those forms shall be construed to modify or amend the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and, in the case of any conflict herewith, the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall control.
Standard Forms. Unless directed otherwise in writing by the Awarding Authority, Contractor shall use the standard forms in use by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance appearing in Appendix C to these General Conditions of the Contract.
