Additional Insurers. The Landlord, its agents, representatives, and employees shall be named as additional insureds on this policy, and the Renter shall provide a Certificate of Insurance to the Landlord as proof of coverage before the Lease Period begins. The policy shall provide that it cannot be canceled or materially changed without at least 5 days prior written notice to the Landlord.

Additional Insurers. Each insurance policy shall be issued in the name of the Contractor and shall name as additional insured the Department and the District of Columbia and shall not be cancelable or reduced without thirty (30) calendar days’ prior written notice to the Department.
Additional Insurers. Oftentimes event venues will request to be added to the insurance coverage. If the event is a regular meeting, this can be done at no cost to the affiliate. If the event is a 5K or a similar physical event where odds of injury increase, the insurance company will charge the affiliate or district a fee.
