Additional Meetings. The Manager will meet with the FRBNY outside their regular meeting schedule at such times and for such purposes as either of them determines to be necessary or useful. Upon reasonable notice, at the request of the Company, the Manager shall also meet with representatives of the Board of Governors and the UST at a time mutually agreeable.
