Additional Services & Work Sample Clauses

Additional Services & Work. Any disposal, additional labor, tools, equipment or other emergency cleanup charges, etc. not listed above must be approved by the County Project Manager in accordance with Attachment A, “Scope of Work”. Disposal and other charges not already listed in this Fee Schedule may be billed at cost plus any surcharge not to exceed 15%.

Additional Services & Work. A. It is understood and agreed by the Parties hereto that no money will be paid to CM/GC for additional labor or materials furnished unless a new contract in writing or a Modification hereof in accordance with the Contract Documents for such additional labor or materials has been executed. County specifically reserves the right to modify or amend this Agreement and the total sum due hereunder, either by enlarging or restricting the scope of the Work, including services. B. The following additional services shall be performed by CM/GC upon authorization in advance and in writing from County and shall be paid for as provided in this Agreement: 1) Services related to County-provided furnishings and equipment not specified in the Contract Documents. 2) To the extent not the fault of CM/GC, consultation on replacement of Work damaged by fire or other cause during construction and furnishing services in conjunction with the replacement of such Work. 3) To the extent not the fault of CM/GC, inspections of, and services related to, the Project after the end of the warranty period. 4) Other services that are not part of CM/GC's basic services and not otherwise specified in this Agreement, upon advance written direction from County.

Related to Additional Services & Work

  • Additional Services Registry Operator shall be entitled to provide the Registry Services described in clauses (a) and (b) of the first paragraph of Section 2.1 in the Specification 6 attached hereto (“Specification 6”) and such other Registry Services set forth on Exhibit A (collectively, the “Approved Services”). If Registry Operator desires to provide any Registry Service that is not an Approved Service or is a material modification to an Approved Service (each, an “Additional Service”), Registry Operator shall submit a request for approval of such Additional Service pursuant to the Registry Services Evaluation Policy at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/en/registries/rsep/rsep.html, as such policy may be amended from time to time in accordance with the bylaws of ICANN (as amended from time to time, the “ICANN Bylaws”) applicable to Consensus Policies (the “RSEP”). Registry Operator may offer Additional Services only with the written approval of ICANN, and, upon any such approval, such Additional Services shall be deemed Registry Services under this Agreement. In its reasonable discretion, ICANN may require an amendment to this Agreement reflecting the provision of any Additional Service which is approved pursuant to the RSEP, which amendment shall be in a form reasonably acceptable to the parties.

  • Transitional Services Upon cancellation, termination, or expiration of the Contract for any reason, the Contractor shall provide reasonable cooperation, assistance and Services, and shall assist the Department to facilitate the orderly transition of the work under the Contract to the Department and/or to an alternative contractor selected for the transition upon written notice to the Contractor at least thirty (30) business days prior to termination or cancellation, and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Contract.

  • Statement of Work The Statement of Work to which Grantee is bound is incorporated into and made a part of this Grant Agreement for all purposes and included as Attachment A.

  • Additional Service 4.1 You shall be responsible to pay the Representative for the provision of a Service. 4.2 Additional service or variations in the Service may be required after the date of execution of this Agreement and may be performed upon our prior written approval. Such written approval shall be evidenced by a change authorisation order (“Change Order”) or such other written authorisation as approved and signed by the Contact or a duly authorised Public Officer. In such case, a Change Order shall be issued within a reasonable time thereafter. 4.3 All Change Orders are subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. 4.4 The Fee for additional service shall be agreed by us in writing prior to any additional service being performed.

  • Optional Services To the extent that the Fund elects to engage the Transfer Agent to provide the services listed below the Fund shall engage the Transfer Agent to provide such services upon terms and fees to be agreed upon by the parties: (a) Corporate actions (including inter alia, odd lot buy backs, exchanges, mergers, redemptions, subscriptions, capital reorganization, coordination of post-merger services and special meetings).

  • Installation Services The Bitstream 2a Service includes a Standard Install as set out below (in each case to the extent that the relevant provisioning works are not already complete for the relevant Service Order).1

  • Implementation Services Vendor shall provide the Implementation Services, if any, described in Exhibit A. The Services Fees for any Implementation Services shall be described in Exhibit A.
