Additional Software and Middleware. Sourcewell will provide Additional Software and Middleware necessary for the Software, including installation and licensing of Window OS, Microsoft SQL or Oracle server, and SSL certificate(s).

Additional Software and Middleware. Company will provide all additional required middleware and software necessary for the Product (“Middleware”), including installation and licensing of Window OS, Windows SQL Server, Apache Tomcat, Sun Microsystems Java, drivers, and SSL certificate(s). In accessing Middleware, Licensee may use software and related documentation developed and owned by Microsoft Corporation or its licensors (collectively, the “Microsoft Software”). If Licensee chooses to use the Microsoft Software, Microsoft and its licensors require that Licensee agree to these additional terms and conditions:  The Microsoft Software is neither sold nor distributed to Licensee and Licensee may use it solely in conjunction with the Infinite Campus Services.  Licensee may not transfer or use the Microsoft Software outside the Infinite Campus Services.  Licensee may not remove, modify or obscure any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notices that are contained in or on the Microsoft Software.  Licensee may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Microsoft Software, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.  Microsoft disclaims, to the extent permitted by applicable law, all warranties by Microsoft and any liability by Microsoft or its suppliers for any damages, whether direct, indirect, or consequential, arising from the Services.  Microsoft is not responsible for providing any support in connection with the Infinite Campus Services. Do not contact Microsoft for support.
Additional Software and Middleware. SWT will provide all Additional Software and Middleware necessary for the Software, including installation and licensing of Window OS, Microsoft SQL or Oracle server, and SSL certificate(s).

Related to Additional Software and Middleware

  • Additional Software Should any additional Software licenses be purchased during the Term: (a) In the case of Permanent Licenses, the maintenance Fees will be pro-rated till the Expiry Date and these licenses will be added to the Supported Software. (b) In the case of Subscription Licenses, the license Fees will be pro-rated till the Expiry Date and these licenses will be added to the Supported Software. (c) In the case of Monthly Licenses, the licenses will be subject to their own support and maintenance agreement. (d) The Customer may request that support of certain bundles of licenses be subject to their separate support and maintenance agreements, in which case the expiry dates of these agreements may not coincide.

  • Hardware and Software In order to use the Services, you must obtain and maintain, at your expense, compatible hardware and software as specified by Credit Union from time to time. Credit Union is not responsible for any third party software you may need to use the Services. Any such software is accepted by you as is and is subject to the terms and conditions of the software agreement you enter into directly with the third party software provider at time of download and installation.

  • Third Party Software The Software may contain third party software which requires notices and/or additional terms and conditions. Such required Third Party Software notices and/or additional terms and conditions are located at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxx-third-party/ (or a successor website thereto) and are made a part of and incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

  • Embedded Software To the extent any goods contain Embedded Software (defined below) that is not Buyer’s Property, no title to such Embedded Software shall pass to Buyer, and Supplier shall grant Buyer, its customers and all other users a non-exclusive worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free right to use, load, install, execute, demonstrate, market, test, resell, sublicense and distribute such Embedded Software as an integral part of such goods or for servicing the goods (the “Buyer-Required License”). If such Embedded Software or any part thereof is owned by a third party, prior to delivery, Supplier shall obtain the Buyer-Required License from such third-party owner. “Embedded Software” means software necessary for operation of goods and embedded in and delivered as an integral part of goods.

  • Software Inclusions Restrictions

  • Antivirus software All workstations, laptops and other systems that process and/or store PHI COUNTY discloses to CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY must have installed and actively use comprehensive anti-virus software solution with automatic updates scheduled at least daily.

  • Licensed Software Computer program(s) provided by Contractor in connection with the Deliverables, subject to Section 14 of this Contract.

  • Firmware 7.1 The Supplier must deliver the equipment, Goods or hardware equipped with all the firmware required to use all the Goods or hardware’s functions. Any software embedded in the equipment, Goods or hardware, including the firmware, is provided to the Local Government with a license to use this software, with all license costs and royalties being included in the Fee Schedule (Schedule C). All firmware will be the most recent version available at the time of shipping.
