Additional Software means third-party vendor software, licensed directly by Customer through its own suppliers and not sold or distributed by DI, whether or not it was recommended for use in connection with installation and Use of the Software.

Additional Software means Additional Applications and Additional Licenses that are part of Application Software, and related Documentation, that Contractor may provide following Go-Live upon County’s request therefor in accordance with Paragraph 5.4 (Optional Work) and Task 10 (Optional Work) of Exhibit A (Statement of Work), which will update Schedule B.1 (Optional Work).
