Application Updates. Updates to the Application may be issued by Al Rajhi Bank Malaysia from time to time via the Apple Store, Google Play Store or other application stores. Depending on the update, Customer may not be able to use the Application and/or Secure@24seven until Customer has downloaded the latest version of the Application, update and accepted any new Terms and Conditions;
Application Updates. Gates may, from time to time in its sole discretion, develop and provide Application updates, which may include upgrades, bug fixes, patches and other error corrections and/or new features (collectively, “Updates”). Updates may also modify or delete in their entirety certain features and functionality of the Services. You agree that Xxxxx has no obligation to provide any Updates or to continue to provide or enable any particular features or functionality of the Services. Based on your Mobile Device settings, when your Mobile Device is connected to the Internet, either: (a) an Application will automatically download and install all available Updates; or
Application Updates. Applicants shall update their applications and supporting documents and maintain current contact information on file on an annual basis. This is the responsibility of the Applicant and not the TDHE. Applicants who have not updated their applications within thirty (30) days of notification of the duty to update will be removed from the waiting list and will have to re-apply to be placed back on the waiting list. These Applicants will receive a new approval date.
Application Updates. As part of this agreement, the ‘service provider’ will make all ‘application software’ updates available to the ‘Client’. This provision excludes any installation work that the ‘Client’ might require on the database and applications that come bundled with the ‘application software’.

Company will support the Infinite Campus Products through implementation of vendor-provided modifications including remedial "Patches" addressing reported performance or functionality problems, and “Updates” or "Upgrades" consisting of a new releases or versions of the Infinite Campus Products or supporting Middleware issued by the vendor. Company will implement Patches, Updates and Upgrades in accordance with the Change Management Section set forth herein. Company is responsible for procuring and administering vendor-provided maintenance for any Middleware or Product supplied by Infinite Campus.
Application Updates. (a) Provided the Customer complies with its obligations under this Agreement, Jayex agrees to make available to the Customer during the term of this Agreement any Updates published by Jayex from time to time, subject to the following conditions:
Application Updates. DocXellent shall provide resources to fully manage the deployment of all new ensur application updates. As new versions of the ensur application are released, DocXellent shall perform the following activities: Send to Client a Release Notice email announcing the new version and providing release notes that detail changes and enhancements. Initiate an application update process with Client per the change management requirements of this SLA. Schedule environment update dates and times with Client. Send update reminders to Client on the day of the installation of updates. Install application update and verify proper operational readiness. For validated clients, provide any needed OQ and/or PQ documents. Notify Client that the update has been completed.

You agree that EA has no obligation to support previous version(s) of the Application upon the availability of the update, upgrade and/or implementation of additional features. This License shall apply to any updates, upgrades and/or additional features that are not distributed with a separate license or other agreement.

You acknowledge and agree that any obligation BF2Hub may have to support the previous version(s) may be ended upon the availability of the update, upgrade and/or implementation of additional features. This License shall apply to any updates, upgrades and/or additional features that are not distributed with a separate license or other agreement.
Application Updates. Vendor will continue to make available to client the latest version and/or updates of the Lytec Practice Management application as testing on such updates is complete.
