Common use of Additional Teaching Assignments Clause in Contracts

Additional Teaching Assignments. a. If a teacher is requested by another teacher, with the approval of the principal, to assume more than the normal teaching load as set forth in this ARTICLE, he/she shall not receive additional compensation. This shall not be considered as assigned duty as defined in C. 5. c. below.
