Additional Technical Information. In the event Licensee shall require additional technical information beyond that which comprises the Technical Information (“Additional Technical Information”), Licensee shall request such Additional Technical Information from Licensor in writing using the form in Exhibit I. Licensor will review any Licensee requests for Additional Technical Information within a reasonable time. Licensor will advise Licensee if it is agreeable to providing the requested Additional Technical Information. Licensor reserves the right to charge Licensee for its time and expense to provide such Additional Technical Information, in addition to the license fees specified in Article 3, for any Additional Technical Information it agrees to provide to Licensee. All Additional Technical Information provided or delivered by Licensor under this Agreement shall be subject to all restrictions, limitations, and permitted uses as for the Technical Information originally provided under this Agreement.

Additional Technical Information. If, after the submission of the Application, the Generator modifies its point of interconnection, interconnection request or the technical information provided in the Application, the Generator will notify BC Hydro of such change(s) and acknowledges that this may impact the estimated costs and completion date of the Interconnection System Impact Study and Report being prepared as well as the results thereunder. BC Hydro reserves the right to request additional technical information from the Generator, as may reasonably become necessary consistent with Good Utility Practice, during the course of performing the Interconnection System Impact Study and preparing the Report.

The powerbox combines three SiC-based power modules, an excitation module, which provides the necessary electrical excitation to the motor or generator for controlling the magnetic field within the rotor, and a cooling baseplate designed to dissipate heat from the back side of the power module, simplifying the thermal management and cooling process.
