Trials and Evaluations. Red Hat may offer Trial and/or Evaluation Subscriptions for trial or evaluation purposes and not for Production Use. Trial or Evaluation Subscriptions may be provided with limited or no support and/or subject to other limitations. If you use the Trial or Evaluation Subscription(s) for any purpose other than trial or evaluation, you are in violation of this Agreement and are required to pay the applicable subscription fees for such use in accordance with Section 1 above, in addition to any and all other remedies available to Red Hat.
Trials and Evaluations. If Looker has agreed to provision the Product for a trial, proof of concept or evaluation purposes (“Trial”), the Trial shall be free of charge until the earlier of: (a) the start date of any Product Subscription purchased by Customer, (b) the end of the Trial term agreed to by the parties (“Trial Term”), or (c) termination by Looker at Looker’s sole discretion. Customer's trial use of any "ETL" (as defined below) and/or data warehouse management services is subject to this Section and a Trial Term as agreed to by the parties. As used in this Section, "ETL" refers to extract, transform and load data integration processes. If Customer is using the Product for testing, staging or other noncommercial purposes, this Agreement will continue for the period of time agreed to by Looker and Customer in writing.
Trials and Evaluations. We offer trial versions as an Evaluation Subscription where you get to access the Services albeit with limited warranties, see the terms for the Evaluation Subscription in Section 4 of this XXXX.
