Adequate Measures. Taking into account the state of the art, the costs of implementation and the nature, scope, context and purposes of Processing as well as the risk of varying likelihood and severity for the rights and freedoms of natural persons, Provider shall in relation to the Client Personal Data implement and maintain throughout the term of this Addendum, the technical and organizational measures set forth in Exhibit B (the "Security Measures"). Client acknowledges and agrees that it has reviewed and assessed the Security Measures and deems the appropriate for the protection of Client Personal Data.
