Adjunct Counselors and Librarians. For the purpose of crediting State Teachers Retirement System service pursuant to the requirements of sections 22138.5(a) and 22138.5(c)(5) of the California Education Code, the full-time equivalent standard for part-time counselors and librarians is one thousand fifty (1,050) hours per academic year.

Adjunct Counselors and Librarians. Adjunct counselors and librarians shall be paid prorated from the full-time salary schedule on the basis of thirty-five (35) hours per week as the reciprocal and shall be eligible for advancement on the full-time salary schedule on a prorated basis.
