Common use of Adjusting Schedules Clause in Contracts

Adjusting Schedules. Subject to the Employer's approval, if an employee voluntarily requests a change of shift assignment for personal reasons, such as a family hardship, the employee shall be obligated to find a volunteer with whom to change. Absent a volunteer, no change will be made.
