Adjustment for Changes in Legislation. The Contract Price shall be adjusted to take account of any increase or decrease in Cost resulting from a change in the Laws of the Country (including the introduction of new Laws and the repeal or modification of existing Laws) or in the judicial or official governmental interpretation of such Laws, made after the Base Date which affect the Contractor in the performance of obligations under the Contract. If the Contractor suffers (or will suffer) delay and/or incurs (or will incur) additional Cost as a result of these changes in the Laws or in such interpretations made after the Base Date, the Contractor shall give notice to the Engineer and shall be entitled subject to Sub-Clause 20.1 [Contractor's Claims] to:

Adjustment for Changes in Legislation. If the Contractor is required to carry out any additional or varied works and/or services a result of any change in law which was unforeseeable at the Effective Date, this shall be notified as a Variation by the Contractor and assessed by the Engineer in accordance with clauses 9.2-9.4.

  • Implementation Legislation The Contracting Parties shall enact any legislation necessary to comply with, and give effect to, the terms of the Agreement.

  • Termination for Changes in Budget or Law The JBE’s payment obligations under this Agreement are subject to annual appropriation and the availability of funds. Expected or actual funding may be withdrawn, reduced, or limited prior to the expiration or other termination of this Agreement. Funding beyond the current appropriation year is conditioned upon appropriation of sufficient funds to support the activities described in this Agreement.   • Changes in Laws Whenever a statute, regulation, governmental body, accounting standard or accounting body is identified in this Trust Agreement, the reference includes any modification of, successor to or renamed statute, regulation, governmental body, accounting standard or accounting body.

  • Cancellation of or Changes in Insurance Contractor shall provide County with, or Contractor’s insurance policies shall contain a provision that County shall receive, written notice of cancellation or any change in Required Insurance, including insurer, limits of coverage, term of coverage or policy period.
