ADMINISTRATION, MEETINGS & DECISION- MAKING29. 4.1 It is an obligation of the Trustees to attend meetings regularly. The Trustees shall meet as promptly as possible after effective date of this Agreement. The Trustees shall meet at least quarterly or more frequently as the Trustees deem necessary.

  • Board of Trustees Meetings The Association President and each Campus Association President shall be sent advance notices and agendas of the Board of Trustees meetings and shall also be provided copies of the minutes.

  • Contract Negotiation Meetings 14.09 When operational requirements permit, the Employer will grant leave without pay to an employee for the purpose of attending contract negotiation meetings on behalf of the Alliance. Preparatory Contract Negotiation Meetings

  • Association Meetings The Association shall have the right to use school facilities for meetings without cost after the regular students’ school day.
