Board of Trustees Meetings. The Association President and each Campus Association President shall be sent advance notices and agendas of the Board of Trustees meetings and shall also be provided copies of the minutes.
Board of Trustees Meetings. A. The University shall maintain a web page containing a copy of the agenda and supporting materials for each Board meeting and Board committee meeting. Minutes of Board meetings and Board committee meetings shall be posted to the web page. The agenda, supporting materials and minutes shall be posted to the web page at the time same are made available to members of the Board.
Board of Trustees Meetings. (a) If an item on a meeting agenda of the Board of Trustees (or of any subcommittee of the Board of Trustees) could reasonably be construed to affect the wages, hours, or other terms or conditions of employment of faculty, the University Administration shall promptly notify the UFF, and the UFF shall upon timely request be granted a place on that Board agenda to address that issue.
Board of Trustees Meetings. 18.1 Chancellor, or designee, will furnish UUP with copies of all proposed changes in Policies affecting terms and conditions of employment prior to action thereon by the Board.

Bargaining Unit Faculty members through their leadership (Union Leadership, Labor Management Committee members, Union stewards and other specified Bargaining Unit Faculty members) shall have the right to submit an annual report for inclusion in materials provided to the spring meeting of the Academic Affairs and Enrollment Committee of the College’s Board of Trustees.

The Association shall have the right to submit items for the agenda, and/or to submit in advance information and materials relating to agenda items for meetings of the District Board of Trustees, provided that the items are not under consideration at the time in collective bargaining negotiations between the parties or would otherwise violate provisions of applicable laws or regulations.
Board of Trustees Meetings. An Association representative or agent shall have the opportunity to attend all regular or special meetings of the Board, excluding executive sessions, and provide comments and reports consistent with the Bylaws and procedures of the Board.
