Common use of Administration of Holiday Time Clause in Contracts

Administration of Holiday Time. a. Except as provided in subsections 3.b. and 3.c. of this Article, below, time off in lieu of paid holidays must be used in the calendar year in which it was earned; employees who do not use all of their entitled holiday time within the calendar year in which it was earned lose all rights to the unused time off.
