ADMINISTRATION OF MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING. 3.1 The PARTIES to this MOU are considered stakeholders that directly impact or are impacted by the success of sustainable CBRNE Niagara Incident Response Team deployment model and thereby shall be represented by way of an Advisory Committee consisting of the following advisory members: 3.1.1. Region of Niagara CEMC or designate 3.1.2. Chief of NRPS or designate 3.1.3. Chief of NEMS or designate 3.1.4. Regional Fire Coordinator(s) 3.1.5. Regional Medical Officer of Health or designate 3.1.6. Niagara Health System designate 3.2 CBRNE Niagara Management Committee, as defined in Sentences 2.7.1, 2.8.1, and 2.9.1, shall develop, maintain and implement necessary operational policies and shall develop operating guidelines and rules, as necessary to ensure the operational functionality of CBRNE Niagara Incident Response Team. 3.3 The roles and responsibilities of the CBRNE Niagara Management Committee, the CBRNE Niagara Incident Response Team and the CBRNE Niagara Advisory Committee is identified in “Annex A - CBRNE Niagara Terms of Reference”.
