Administration of Sick Leave Bank. a. The donation and usage of sick leave donations will be monitored and maintained by The District. It is understood by the parties to the agreement that it is the intent of Kent Intermediate School District that the provisions of the FMLA be followed and adhered to with regard to those parties covered by the Master Agreement. Days that can be counted toward those provided under FMLA will be deducted from that liability.
