ADMINISTRATION OF THE DONATION. The donation will be managed by the finance department in accordance with the University's finance policies.
ADMINISTRATION OF THE DONATION. The Donation shall be administered by the Trustee in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, the Terms and Conditions of Services to be provided by the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development as Trustee for the Adaptation Fund, as may be amended from time to time, the relevant decisions of the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol, and the decisions of the Adaptation Fund Board.
