Administration of Trade Regulations. 1. Each Party shall administer in a uniform, impartial and reasonable manner all its laws, regulations, judicial decisions and administrative rulings of general application respecting any matter covered by this Chapter. To this end, Article X of the GATT 1994 is incorporated into and made a part of this Agreement, mutatis mutandis. 2. To the extent possible, each Party shall make its laws, regulations, decisions and rulings of the kind referred to in paragraph 1 publicly available on the Internet.
