ADMINISTRATIVE AND INVESTIGATORY LEAVE. 1. Administrative Leave and Investigatory Leave are not intended to replace any other leave to which a Resident may be entitled under State or Federal Law or other leaves provided in this Agreement. Administrative Leave and Investigatory Leave must be confirmed in writing to the Resident and must be paid. 2. Investigatory Leave may be used to permit the University to review or investigate allegations of wrongdoing, which may warrant removing the Resident from the work site. 3. Administrative Leave may be used for situations that require that the Resident be removed from the work site that are not investigatory in nature.
