Common use of Administrative Assignments Clause in Contracts

Administrative Assignments. University Housing reserves the right to make or change Room assignments at any time based on administrative needs. This includes, but is not limited to, consolidation of space or sanctions as a result of conduct or contract violations. In case of emergency, a resident may be removed from the residence halls and provided with temporary housing in facilities owned, operated, leased, rented, or otherwise obtained by the University of Oregon.
