Notification of an administrative transfer will be given to an employee as soon as possible but not less than twentytwenty (20) calendar days, except in case of emergency, in advance of the intended transfer. An administrative transfer will be made only after a meeting between the employee and the appropriate administrator/supervisor at which time the employee shall be notified of the reason for the transfer.
