Administratively-conducted Review Procedures. i. At the outset of an administratively-conducted extraordinary review process initiated by the submission of a Faculty petition during the first three semesters of a Chair's initial four-year term, as described in b.1)., above, the Xxxx shall meet with the Faculty to discuss the circumstances and reasons for the requested extraordinary review.
