ADMISSIBLE EVIDENCE. Data on digital media and data from OVHcloud's information system constitute legally admissible evidence with the same probative force as any document established, received or kept in writing. This data may be validly produced by OVHcloud in the context of any dispute and will be enforceable against the Client in this context. This data includes event logs, consumption statements, Order summaries, payment summaries and Incident management reports.

The parties may amend any term or provision of this Agreement from time to time for the purpose of conforming the terms of this Agreement to the description thereof in the Prospectus, without the consent of Noteholders, the Certificateholders or any other Person.
