Admission and registration of students. All selected students will be sent an official admission letter from both the Coordinating and host institutions. The admission letter will indicate the university where the students will follow each semester based on the selection decision path. The Consortium Coordinator will communicate to the partners the students that must be enrolled in the partner University. The Coordinating institution shall process all requests for modification of study tracks.
Admission and registration of students. All selected students will be sent an official letter of admission from the coordinator of the NanoFar programme. The Contractors are responsible to provide the Consortium Coordinator with the official letters of admission by 3 weeks after the selection has been made at the latest. Then, the Consortium Coordinator will distribute the letters of admission from both home and host universities to the selected students. Moreover, the formal admission of the selected Doctoral candidates shall be in compliance with the contractors’ local rules. In the letter of admission, the Consortium Coordinator will indicate where the students will study during the programme based on the selection decision (PhD Training Plan for the student). The student must confirm participation in the programme by returning the “NanoFar study place confirmation” form within 2 weeks after receiving notice of the scholarship decision from the EDUCATION, AUDIOVISUAL AND CULTURE EXECUTIVE AGENCY (EACEA). csv: 130578777493816177919156 All selected students will perform their research programme at both the home and host universities awarding the degree according to the mobility defined in the PhD Training Plan (during the 3 years). For each student, the host university will appoint a tutor or committee, whom the student may consult for advice or assistance during his/her stay at the institution. The members of the Consortium engage themselves in assisting students with incoming procedures such as finding accommodation and ensuring that students have access to language courses, libraries and to the services offered by the respective International Offices or the corresponding administrative structures. The Contractors are responsible to provide updated lists of enrolled students to the Consortium Coordinator as soon as the registration of students is finalised for each academic year. In case the student is no longer able to follow the agreed study track in the specified time or a total drop-out situation occurs, the Contractors are responsible to notify the Consortium Coordinator immediately. The Consortium Coordinator shall process all requests for modification of study and research plan.
