Adoption Terms. From time to time following execution of this Agreement, the Parties may agree for Organization to participate in Charities’ adoption program (the “Adoption Program”) at one or more locations specified by Charities (the “Adoption Center”) to help find homes for Animals on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and as further specified in the Statement of Terms.

Adoption Terms. AND CONDITIONS 1. In order to be considered for an adoption, you must: • Be at least 18 years of age, • Have the knowledge and consent of all other parties staying in the same household you want to adopt the cat/ kitten to. • Have the necessary consent of a landlord if you are renting. • Be self-sufficient and have the financial means to support the animal in terms of feeding and medical expenses. 2. Animals cannot be adopted as gifts for family members, friends or children. Parents will have to be primary care takers until such time as a child is able to responsibly care for the animal. 3. We will only consider the adoption of kittens and juveniles between the ages of 0 – 12 months to persons not older than 55 years of age. 4. The Lucky Lucy Foundation reserve the right at any time during the adoption process to decline an application, without explanation.

Please Note that you will be required to submit with your Adoption Application the permission letter from your Body Corporate to have a cat(s) in your unit should you stay in a Complex/Security Complex. 7.

  • Adoption of Agreements BellSouth shall make available, pursuant to 47 USC § 252 and the FCC rules and regulations regarding such availability, to <<customer_name>> any interconnection, service, or network element provided under any other agreement filed and approved pursuant to 47 USC § 252, provided a minimum of six months remains on the term of such Agreement. The Parties shall adopt all rates, terms and conditions concerning such other interconnection, service or network element and any other rates, terms and conditions that are legitimately related to or were negotiated in exchange for or in conjunction with the interconnection, service or network element being adopted. The adopted interconnection, service, or network element and agreement shall apply to the same states as such other agreement. The term of the adopted agreement or provisions shall expire on the same date as set forth in the agreement which was adopted.

  • Supplementation of Compensation Award when an employee is unable to work and is in receipt of Workers’ Compensation allowance as a result of an injury incurred in the course of their duties, the employee shall be paid an additional amount which, combined with the compensation allowance, shall ensure the maintenance of their regular salary less their usual deductions. Such additional amount shall be chargeable to the employee’s sick leave credits accrued at the time the employee commenced receipt of Workers’ Compensation allowance, and such additional payments shall be payable until the employee’s accrued sick leave credits have been exhausted.

  • Grant Terms The funding for this Agreement is provided in full or in part by a Federal or State Grant to the City. As part of the terms of receiving the funds, the City is required to incorporate some of the terms into this Agreement. The incorporated terms may be found in Appendix [choose C/D/E etc.], “Grant Terms.” To the extent that any Grant Term is inconsistent with any other provisions of this Agreement such that Contractor is unable to comply with both the Grant Term and the other provision(s), the Grant Term shall apply.

  • Modifications to Service This Auction Site reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice to user. This Auction Site shall not be liable to users or any third party should this Auction Site exercise its right to modify or discontinue the Service.

  • Basic Plan All services are subject to an annual deductible of $50 per person and $100 per family. Preventive services are covered at 100%. After paying the deductible, the plan provides usual, customary, and reasonable (UCR) coverage at 100% for diagnostic and restorative services, and 80% for major services. Orthodontia is not covered.
