ADULT DAY PROGRAMS. Employees in Adult Day programs covered by this Agreement shall be compensated according to the provisions of this article and wage ranges set forth in Appendix “B” to this Agreement. Employees will be paid at no less than the midpoint of their classification pay range, if they have been employed in the classification with the Employer for at least four (4) years and at the maximum of the classification range after at least nine (9) years in the classification.
