Advance Grievance Step Filing. Certain issues which by nature are not capable of being settled at a preliminary step of the Grievance procedure may be filed at the appropriate advanced step where the action giving rise to the grievance was initiated. Mutual agreement shall take place between the appropriate Association representative and the appropriate College representative at the step where it is desired to initiate the grievance.
