First Aid Training In the interests of the occupational safety and health of employees, the Employer will undertake an in-service program of first aid training aimed at providing a first aid officer for each department.
SCOPE OF SERVICES/CASE HANDLING A. Upon execution by Xxxxxx, Attorneys are retained to provide legal services for the purpose of seeking damages and other relief in the Litigation. Routing for Operator Services and Directory Assistance Traffic For a Verizon Telecommunications Service dial tone line purchased by FTCS for resale pursuant to the Resale Attachment, upon request by FTCS, Verizon will establish an arrangement that will permit FTCS to route the FTCS Customer’s calls for operator and directory assistance services to a provider of operator and directory assistance services selected by FTCS. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement pursuant to an appropriate written request submitted by FTCS and a mutually agreed-upon schedule. This routing arrangement will be implemented at FTCS's expense, with charges determined on an individual case basis. In addition to charges for initially establishing the routing arrangement, FTCS will be responsible for ongoing monthly and/or usage charges for the routing arrangement. FTCS shall arrange, at its own expense, the trunking and other facilities required to transport traffic to FTCS’s selected provider of operator and directory assistance services.
Training Services Training Services may include pre-packaged training Products, and/or the development or customization of training programs as requested, including Live Training, Computer Based/Multi-Media Training which encompasses Internet-Delivered Training, and/or Video Based Training.
Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend.
Selection of Subcontractors, Procurement of Materials and Leasing of Equipment The contractor shall not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age or disability in the selection and retention of subcontractors, including procurement of materials and leases of equipment. The contractor shall take all necessary and reasonable steps to ensure nondiscrimination in the administration of this contract.
