Advancement to Management ( recruiting other reps) REP can qualify to advance to a management positions after REP has secured 15 clients through personal sales and complete the Manage Training Program, which consist of programs to professionally and effectively recruit, train and manage MaxExposure Sales Reps. Some exceptions may apply based on experience and qualifications.

  • RESERVATIONS TO MANAGEMENT 3.01 The union recognizes the right of the company to hire, promote, demote, transfer, discipline, suspend or discharge any employee subject to such regulations and restrictions governing the exercise of these rights as are expressly provided in this agreement and subject to the right of the employee concerned to lodge a grievance in the manner and to the extent herein provided. Any change in rules and regulations to be observed by employees shall be negotiated by the parties.

  • MANAGEMENT OF EVALUATION OUTCOMES 12.1 The evaluation of the Employee’s performance will form the basis for rewarding outstanding performance or correcting unacceptable performance.

  • RIGHTS OF MANAGEMENT Any rights of management which are not specifically mentioned in this Agreement and are not contrary to its intention shall continue in full force and effect for the duration of this contract, always provided that in the exercise of the aforementioned management rights there shall be no discrimination.

  • Pain Management Inpatient rehabilitation for Pain Management is excluded.

  • FUNCTIONS OF MANAGEMENT 4.01 The Union agrees that the Employer has the exclusive right and power to manage its business to direct the working forces and to suspend, discharge or discipline employees for just and sufficient cause, to hire, promote, demote, transfer or lay-off employees, to establish and maintain reasonable rules and regulations covering the operation of the stores, provided however, that any exercise of these rights and powers in conflict with any of the provisions of this Agreement shall be subject to the provisions of the Grievance Procedure as set out herein.

  • Project Management Services Contractor shall provide business analysis and project management services necessary to ensure technical projects successfully meet the objectives for which they were undertaken. Following are characteristics of this Service:

  • Management (a) The General Partner shall conduct, direct and manage all activities of the Partnership. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, all management powers over the business and affairs of the Partnership shall be exclusively vested in the General Partner, and no Limited Partner shall have any management power over the business and affairs of the Partnership.   • TELECOMMUNICATIONS SERVICES PROVIDED FOR RESALE 38.1. At the request of CLEC, and pursuant to the requirements of the Act, and FCC and Commission Rules and Regulations, Embarq shall make available to CLEC for resale Telecommunications Services that Embarq currently provides or may provide hereafter at retail to subscribers who are not Telecommunications Carriers. Such resale may be as allowed by the FCC and Commission. The Telecommunications Services provided by Embarq to CLEC pursuant to this Part D are collectively referred to as "Local Resale." To the extent that this Part describes services which Embarq shall make available to CLEC for resale pursuant to this Agreement, this list of services is neither all inclusive nor exclusive.

  • Patch Management All workstations, laptops and other systems that process and/or 20 store PHI COUNTY discloses to CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or 21 transmits on behalf of COUNTY must have critical security patches applied, with system reboot if 22 necessary. There must be a documented patch management process which determines installation 23 timeframe based on risk assessment and vendor recommendations. At a maximum, all applicable 24 patches must be installed within thirty (30) calendar or business days of vendor release. Applications 25 and systems that cannot be patched due to operational reasons must have compensatory controls 26 implemented to minimize risk, where possible.

  • Access Management The Engineer shall coordinate and evaluate access management within the project limits in accordance with the latest State Access Management Manual or as directed by the State.
