Advertising and Education. All advertising and educational materials relating to the Commercial Platform and related materials shall be prepared by LabCorp (or its subcontractors), and such materials related to the IVD Product or IVD Kit shall be subject to reasonable approval by ARCA and any such materials for different versions of the IVD Product or IVD Kit shall be consistent. Any such materials for the Homebrew Assay shall not be inconsistent with materials relating to the Drug Product, the IVD Product, or the IVD Kit, or to applicable laws as interpreted and enforced by Regulatory Authorities. Where appropriate or necessary, all packaging, labeling and advertising and educational materials for the Commercial Platform shall contain the legend, “Manufactured under license from ARCA Discovery Inc., Denver, Colorado, U.S.A.”

Advertising and Education. 8.8.1 AstraZeneca shall be responsible for developing or having developed advertising and education materials for the Product or any Combination Product(s). AstraZeneca shall have the authority to select Trademarks for the Product and Combination Products and shall own all Trademarks in accordance with Article 17.
Advertising and Education. 4.5.1 GSK shall disclose to Scios all promotional platforms, campaign themes, advertising and educational programs in the Major Markets containing the Natrecor(R) trademark if such Trademark is available and appropriate for use in the Territory. Scios shall have not less than 30 days after such disclosure to review and comment thereon. Such programs shall be consistent with such reasonable guidelines for the use of the Natrecor(R) trademark as Scios may from time to time promulgate.
Advertising and Education. The JOC will assign to the Parties or any Third Party the preparation of advertising and education materials for Collaboration Products. All promotional platforms and campaigns shall be subject to review and approval by the JOC. Each Party shall have the right to set the guidelines for the use of its trademarks, and all promotional materials containing such trademarks shall comply in all material respects with such guidelines. Any materials containing a Party’s trademarks or referring to a Party shall be subject to prior review and approval by such Party.

  • Training and Education (i) The parties shall work together to develop and implement a training program for client services and the sales and marketing representatives of each party to ensure that a clear and consistent message is delivered to all prospective customers. Following such implementation, each party agrees to train its client services and sales and marketing representatives in accordance with such training program.

  • Marketing and Advertising Manager shall advertise and promote the Hotel in coordination with the sales and marketing programs of Manager and other Homewood Suites hotels. Manager may participate in sales and promotional campaigns and activities involving complimentary rooms. Manager, in marketing and advertising the Hotel, shall have the right to use marketing and advertising services of employees of Manager and its parent and affiliated companies not located at the Hotel. Manager may charge the Hotel for personnel and other costs and expenses incurred in providing such services; provided that (i) Manager's allocation of such costs and expenses among hotels, including the Hotel, shall be pro rated among all hotels owned or managed by Manager and (ii) the annual allocation of such costs and expenses to the Hotel shall not exceed $10,000.00.   • Advertising Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx agrees to make available such sales and advertising materials relating to the Shares as Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx in its discretion determines appropriate. PaineWebber agrees to submit all sales and advertising materials developed by it relating to the Shares to Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx for approval.   • Advertising and Promotional Materials a. Licensee will not use the Licensed Marks or any reproduction of them, including without limitation, Photographs or Computer Art, as defined in Paragraph 10a, in any advertising, promotion, publicity or display materials (collectively "Promotional Materials") without receiving NFLP's prior written approval executed on a Promotional Approval Form supplied to Licensee by NFLP. Licensee may use such approved Promotional Materials only in conjunction with the Styles of Licensed Products that NFLP has approved. Licensee shall submit to NFLP all Promotional Materials at the following applicable stages appropriate to the medium used: (i) conceptual stage, pre-production art or rough cuts; (ii) layout, storyboard and script; (iii) finished materials; and (iv) at any other time as reasonably requested by NFLP. Licensee shall ensure that it submits all proposed Promotional Materials and any modifications to previously approved Promotional Materials to NFLP in a timely fashion that will ensure NFLP has adequate time to review such materials prior to the date of their proposed use by Licensee. NFLP shall use best efforts to evaluate all such Promotional Materials' submissions within ten (10) business days of their receipt by NFLP. NFLP shall execute a Promotional Approval Form for all Promotional Materials that it approves. Licensee shall notify its retailers and/or Third Party Distributors that NFLP must approve all Promotional Materials involving or using in any form or manner the Licensed Marks. Licensee shall use best efforts to ensure that its retailers and/or Third Party Distributors do not publish, display or otherwise distribute such Promotional Materials without NFLP's prior written approval.

  • Training and Support Distributor shall train and support its personnel or subcontractors for the satisfactory completion of its obligations under this Agreement. Supplier will assist in training by furnishing Distributor with English training literature. Supplier may, at his sole discretion, provide Distributor with his own personnel for training.

  • Branding Manager shall maintain and administer for Owner the standards of branding established by Behringer Harvard Holdings, LLC with respect to all billboards, signage and uniforms.

  • Office and Support Staff During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to an office or offices of a size and with furnishings and other appointments, and to exclusive personal secretarial and other assistance, at least equal to the most favorable of the foregoing provided to the Executive by the Company and its affiliated companies at any time during the 120-day period immediately preceding the Effective Date or, if more favorable to the Executive, as provided generally at any time thereafter with respect to other peer executives of the Company and its affiliated companies.
