Advertising, Marketing and Promotions. The Company shall, and shall cause its Subsidiaries to, comply with (i) the Dufry Group’s advertising, marketing and promotions strategies and initiatives in respect of the Dufry Group’s (including the Company Group’s) duty-free business and (ii) the Dufry Group’s directives on advertising, marketing and promotions activities in respect of the Company Group’s duty-paid business.
