Advice from Other Land Management Agencies. The Implementing Entity will from time to time consult with land management agencies in the Plan Area to share information regarding land management generally and to coordinate management of lands adjacent to Conservation Lands with the management of BRCP Conservation Lands System. Organizations consulted for advice could include, but will not be limited to, private non-profit conservation organizations that are active in or near the Plan Area.

  • Meetings Between the Institute and Management Where operational requirements permit, the Employer will grant leave with pay to an employee to attend meetings with management on behalf of the Institute.

Borrower will not surrender, terminate, cancel, modify, renew or extend its property management agreement, or enter into any other agreement relating to the management or operation of the Mortgaged Property with Property Manager or any other Person, or consent to the assignment by the Property Manager of its interest under such property management agreement, in each case without the consent of Lender, which consent will not be unreasonably withheld.
