The proposed development is consistent with the applicable provisions of the RES-3 (Residential - 3 du/ga), IL (Industrial - Light), ROR (Retail/Office/Residential), and CON (Conservation Lands) classifications; the subarea policies; and other Goals, Objectives, and Policies of the Comprehensive Plan.
Such actions include, but are not limited to creation of the BRCP Conservation Lands, management of BRCP Conservation Lands, monitoring of and reporting on BRCP implementation, adaptive management, responses to Changed Circumstances, and related planning and administrative costs.
In other words, SHA Occupied Sites and Presumed Habitat that occur in Conservation Lands or Adjacent Forests may be harvested, but only in compliance with existing Forest Practices Rules that are in place at the end of the proposed SHA term.
