Technical Advisory Committee (TAC The goal of this subtask is to create an advisory committee for this Agreement. The TAC should be composed of diverse professionals. The composition will vary depending on interest, availability, and need. TAC members will serve at the CAM’s discretion. The purpose of the TAC is to: • Provide guidance in project direction. The guidance may include scope and methodologies, timing, and coordination with other projects. The guidance may be based on: o Technical area expertise; o Knowledge of market applications; or o Linkages between the agreement work and other past, present, or future projects (both public and private sectors) that TAC members are aware of in a particular area. • Review products and provide recommendations for needed product adjustments, refinements, or enhancements. • Evaluate the tangible benefits of the project to the state of California, and provide recommendations as needed to enhance the benefits. • Provide recommendations regarding information dissemination, market pathways, or commercialization strategies relevant to the project products. The TAC may be composed of qualified professionals spanning the following types of disciplines: • Researchers knowledgeable about the project subject matter; • Members of trades that will apply the results of the project (e.g., designers, engineers, architects, contractors, and trade representatives); • Public interest market transformation implementers; • Product developers relevant to the project; • U.S. Department of Energy research managers, or experts from other federal or state agencies relevant to the project; • Public interest environmental groups; • Utility representatives; • Air district staff; and • Members of relevant technical society committees. The Recipient shall: • Prepare a List of Potential TAC Members that includes the names, companies, physical and electronic addresses, and phone numbers of potential members. The list will be discussed at the Kick-off meeting, and a schedule for recruiting members and holding the first TAC meeting will be developed. • Recruit TAC members. Ensure that each individual understands member obligations and the TAC meeting schedule developed in subtask 1.11. • Prepare a List of TAC Members once all TAC members have committed to serving on the TAC. • Submit Documentation of TAC Member Commitment (such as Letters of Acceptance) from each TAC member. Administration Services When a medical prescription drug is administered by infusion, the administration of the prescription drug may be covered separately from the prescription drug. See Infusion Therapy - Administration Services in the Summary of Medical Benefits for benefit limits and the amount you pay. Prescription drugs that are self-administered are not covered as a medical benefit but may be covered as a pharmacy benefit. Please see Pharmacy Prescription Drugs and Diabetic Equipment or Supplies – Pharmacy Benefits section above for additional information. Site of Care Program For some medical prescription drugs, after the first administration, coverage may be limited to certain locations (for example, a designated outpatient or ambulatory service facility, physician’s office, or your home), provided the location is appropriate based on your medical status. Preauthorization may be required to determine medical necessity as well as appropriate site of care. If we deny your request for preauthorization, or you disagree with our determination for the appropriate site of care, you can submit a medical appeal. See Appeals in Section 5 for information on how to file a medical appeal.

Catholic schools offer a broad, comprehensive curriculum imbued with an authentic Catholic understanding of Xxxxxx and his teaching, as well as a lived appreciation of membership of the Catholic Church. Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools Ltd (MACS) governs the operation of MACS schools and owns, governs and operates the School.
Labour Management Relations Committee 20.01 The parties recognize that a forum for ongoing discussions during the term of the Agreement can promote more harmonious labour relations between them.
EMPLOYEE-MANAGEMENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE 33.01 (a) An Employee-Management Advisory Committee (EMAC) shall be established within three (3) months of the signing of the Collective Agreement. The Union Representative shall provide the names of up to three (3) elected Employees and the Employer shall provide the names of up to three (3) appointed representatives to sit on the EMAC.
Advisory Committees The Board may appoint Advisory Committees to review design review applications, or provide input on other issues of concern to the Board or the Commission. These Advisory Committees include, but are not necessarily limited to, the following:
Mediation Services If we are unable to resolve the problem, then either party can contact the Department of Labour Mediation Service (a government department) for free assistance. The mediator will try to help us resolve the problem, but won’t make a decision as to who is right or wrong unless both parties want this.
Development Services During the term of this Agreement, the Provider agrees to provide to or on behalf of the Port the professional services and related items described in Exhibit A (collectively, the “Development Services”) in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Provider specifically agrees to include at least one Port representative in any economic development negotiations or discussions in which the Provider is involved concerning (i) a port-related business prospect or (ii) a business transaction which will ultimately require Port involvement, financial or otherwise.
Implementation Services The Company and the Client have developed a plan for implementing the services to be provided hereunder, including with respect to the transition of responsibility for such services from the Client and its current administrator to the Company, which plan attached hereto as Schedule I (the “Implementation Plan”). The Company shall perform the services required to complete the Implementation Plan, as set forth therein (the “Implementation Services”). The Company and the Client shall comply with any applicable requirements agreed in the Implementation Plan.
