After Hours Recall. Any employee recalled to work by the Company following completion of regular shift hours on a regular work day shall be paid on an overtime basis for the actual time worked and shall be guaranteed a minimum of four (4) hours work at overtime rates. This guarantee shall not apply if such overtime occurs immediately prior to or succeeding his/her regular shift hours. ANNUAL VACATIONS APPENDIX “A” ARTICLE 3
