Statutory Holiday on a Day Off. Should any of the above holidays occur on an Employee's day off, he/she will be given an extra day off with pay for each holiday so affected. This additional day off shall be scheduled by mutual agreement and not more than 30 days from the date of the Statutory Holiday.
